I got extremely sunburnt painting this.
This is a painting that started as a Plein Air Painting, but has been through several iterations in the studio. I painted it on the 15th of September 2025, and the video of the initial process is on my Youtube channel (video titled “I painted on one of Australia's most POPULAR beaches”).
I am not a morning person at all, but the sunrises on the coast are worth waking up for.
